or fax an executive summary and a sources and uses of proceeds. If you do not
have your plan ready please email or fax an executive summary, executive
summary should include a summary of your project, sources and uses of
proceeds, and any important information you believe is important to your
project.

proceeds we will contact you in regards to terms of the loan and what
information we will need to submit your loan to underwriting.
