| Investor Information Vidco Capital is continually receiving request for private money for the development of real estate, startups, and business expansion. If you are a high net worth individual and would like to have an equity position in real estate or growing companies, please submit an investor interest form. We will keep your information private, should an opportunity arise we will contact you with the investment information. If you like the investment we will then introduce you to the client or work the deal for you. There is no fee to register your interest. Vidco Capital will earn a fee from the borrower (typically 2-4% of transaction) when we place the deal. Vidco Capital can also place your money in a high interest (12-16%) loan, completely secured by real estate. You will be the first lien holder on a loan with a loan to value of under 70%. These loans are typically short term of one to two years. Please submit an investor interest form with your investment interest. Vidco Capital respects your privacy and money. We will only introduce to you what we feel is a good investment. We will not sell or give out your information. We will not introduce you to a client unless we have your permission. |
